## What AirNest does not promise

Always check pavement temperature and fit before walking. Dog footwear does not make an unsafe surface safe. CityStep AirNest should not be used as a reason to walk a dog on dangerously hot pavement.

## Fit guidance

Measure the widest part of each paw while the dog is standing naturally. Use paw width as the primary measurement. Measure front and back paws because they can differ. If the dog is between sizes, choose the larger size.

Try the boots during a short supervised indoor walk on a clean surface before outdoor use. The boot should stay in place without pressing the toes against the front.

## Shipping and returns

Most in-stock CityStep AirNest orders are prepared in 1–2 business days. U.S. standard shipping is free and usually takes 10–12 business days after dispatch; U.S. express shipping costs US$15 and usually takes 2–3 business days. Tracked standard shipping costs US$7.99 to Canada and US$5.99 to the United Kingdom, or the local-currency equivalent shown at checkout. International transit timing varies by destination.

Eligible unused items delivered in the United States, Canada, or the United Kingdom may be requested for return within 30 days after delivery. Eligible U.S. orders may request one size replacement within 14 days after delivery; a US$4.99 replacement shipping fee applies.
