- CityStep PuddlePop is water-resistant, not waterproof. It is intended for drizzle, damp sidewalks, wet ground, and supervised walks—not deep water, swimming, or prolonged submersion.
- Both products are sold as sets of four in sizes XS–XL. Paw width measured while standing is the primary fit measurement.
- Most in-stock orders are prepared within 1–2 business days.
