# CozyVale dog boots for everyday walks

CozyVale is a dog footwear brand built around a simple idea: every walk starts with care. The store offers two sets of four dog boots for different everyday walking conditions and currently accepts eligible orders in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

Both products use a tall shaft, front zipper, and adjustable wrap to support a secure fit when correctly sized. Sizes are XS through XL.

## Fit comes before the first outdoor walk

Measure the widest part of the dog's paw while the dog is standing naturally and placing weight on the paw. Paw width is the primary measurement; paw length and body weight are reference points. Measure front and back paws because they can differ. If the measurement falls between sizes, choose the larger size.

Check the fit during a short, supervised indoor walk on a clean surface before going outdoors.

## Shipping

CozyVale currently accepts eligible CityStep AirNest and CityStep PuddlePop orders in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Most in-stock orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. U.S. standard shipping is free and usually takes 10–12 business days after dispatch; U.S. express shipping costs US$15 and usually takes 2–3 business days after dispatch. Tracked standard shipping costs US$7.99 to Canada and US$5.99 to the United Kingdom, or the local-currency equivalent shown at checkout. International transit timing varies by destination. Delivery dates are estimates.

## Returns and first size replacement

Eligible unused items delivered in the United States, Canada, or the United Kingdom can be requested for return within 30 days after delivery. For eligible U.S. dog boot orders, one replacement set in a different available size may be requested within 14 days after delivery. There is no additional product charge; a US$4.99 replacement shipping fee applies.
